Domain Information
A business with less of a track record behind them is less likely to be reputable and more likely to be a Scam. This pharmacy’s domain name was registered less than 3 years ago and this does put them in the same age range as many scam stores we see.
Another issue with what we find in the domain name records is the fact that they have chosen to use domain privacy. This is an extra service provided by the domain registrar which hide the details of ownership on the website address. Some reputable businesses use domain privacy as well, so it isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but some transparency is never a bad thing.
Web Platform
There are some obvious issues with this pharmacy website at first glance. While it might look very professional, the main logo of the store is different to the domain name. This isn’t what you would expect from a major retailer and you have to wonder why they didn’t create a site logo. It isn’t, after all, something which is expensive to do.
The copyright section of this store is revealing as well. They give the date 2014 when we know that the domain was registered in 2017. There is also the name “Health Online”, which could be a business name but seems far too generic. It isn’t followed by Inc. or LLC or Ltd either, so it doesn’t seem like a real business name.
Business Name and Address
When looking for the business details for this store we do find some information on the contact page. The business name isn’t “Health Online”, instead, we find that they are called “Europharm Group Inc.” which is a name we have found before. This business name turns up on a large number of online pharmacies and not reliable ones.
This seems to be the name of a fake business which is used here to make the pharmacy appear to be more genuine. If you were to send mail to this address it is unlikely to get a reply.
Legal Approvals
This pharmacy is claiming to be based in the Czech Republic, yet they use regulatory seals from Canadian associations. Since the Czech Republic is a European country they should be operating under the stringent rules of the EU. It is immediately apparent that they aren’t following the EU rules, however.
They should have the common distance selling logo on every page of the store which displays medicines for sale. This important logo is nowhere to be found on the site and they are, therefore, operating illegally in the EU.
They have seals from the Canadian regulatory associations CIPA and MIPA as well as another which we don’t recognize as a genuine seal. A check with the CIPA shows that they aren’t registered or allowed to display this seal on their store.
Looking to LegitScript for their assessment of this pharmacy shows that they aren’t happy with the store either. They give the pharmacy their worst rating of a rogue business which is operating in violation of the law.
Medications on Sale
The store is offering generic and more well-known branded alternatives. The best selling items appear to be the men’s health drugs and they even give some of these away with every order.
They don’t say exactly, but there appears to be an indication that the drugs are coming from India. While they don’t provide the name of the dispensing pharmacy, we are unable to check that this is done in a reliable way by people correctly qualified to dispense drugs.
They say that the manufacturer is located in an offshore zone, without mentioning where exactly. They do say that the drugs are manufactured without the use of child labor, which seems quite a bizarre thing to think about when discussing this.
They also say that the pills might look different to the ones you are used to. They put this down to them being generic versions but it could indicate another problem. This and the lack of information about where the pills are dispensed from increases the risks of the drugs being counterfeit and fake.

There is no mention of prescriptions being needed anywhere on the store. This lack of adherence to the normal pharmacy rules suggests problems. This could lead to people placing orders and receiving meds which are completely unsuitable for them, producing negative health effects in the process.
