Domain Information
The domain record for this website address shows that this name was registered in 2015. Domains which are more recent can be a warning sign for Scam pharmacies because understandably, they don’t tend to stay online for long, once they become better known and draw the attention of authorities.
The domain record also tells us that the owner of the site is in Russia and gives the organization as ‘SeoMas’. This organization name doesn’t seem like a legit business and we are unable to find reference to it in official databases.
Web Platform
It is immediately obvious to us that this online pharmacy isn’t likely to be very reliable. The reason for this is that the logo used on the site bears no similarity to the domain name of the pharmacy. The domain name is Ph24h but the site logo says “Online Pharmacy”, and this is often found with scam online pharmacies.
The logo doesn’t match the domain name because this site template will have been uploaded to many different servers using many different domain names. Needless to say, this isn’t an indication of a trustworthy and reliable drugstore.
Business Name and Address
The owner of this pharmacy claims that they are one of the leading drugstores online. Despite this, they don’t seem to want to provide customers with a contact address or business name. This is a common problem we find with scam online pharmacies and it isn’t a good sign for this site either.
Legal Approvals
This online pharmacy displays seals from some regulatory associations. However, there is a rather large problem with these seals.
Two of the best well-known Canadian based regulatory associations are CIPA and MIPA. Though the seals on this site may appear to be from those associations, they are not. In fact, the MIPA logo is from a German paint company, it even says “Professional Coating Systems” on the logo.
The CIPA seal is completely wrong too. The real seals look rather different.
Unsurprisingly, this drugstore doesn’t have genuine membership with these associations. When we check with CIPA they are not found in the database.
This online pharmacy has been investigated by LegitScript to assess whether they are operating legally among other factors. Their finding is that this store is a ‘rogue’ business, not operating within the rules for the countries they sell their products to.
Medications on Sale
This store seems to offer a fairly good range of pills, though their bestsellers are men’s health pills. The prices are very cheap and they sell both brand and generic versions of drugs.
They like to use the brand names to sell generics and this is a frequent problem found with online pharmacies which are ripping off customers. They use this confusion to try to sell more drugs and to make their products look like a better deal.
This confusion also increases the likelihood that the brand name pills are going to be counterfeit rather than the genuine article. The thinking behind this conclusion is because if they are willing to call a generic pill a brand name, where will they stop?
The drugs are manufactured in India according to the FAQ, and they say that the manufacturers also dispatch the pills direct to you. They don’t provide any information about who the manufacturers are or if they are following any regulations to make sure the medicine is safe.
Prescription Requirements
The FAQ page says that if the medication you require should have a prescription, you will be asked to send it to them after you place your order. In reality, though, we sincerely doubt this ever happens, and you can actually order whatever you want regardless if you have a valid prescription or not. No prescription requirement is a pattern found with scam pharmacies.
