The domain name information tells us some interesting things about this pharmacy site. They, according to the domain name record, have been in business since 2003.
A pharmacy which has been online for such a long time would suggest that they are going to be more reliable and less likely to be a Scam. Rip off pharmacies don’t tend to last anywhere near as long as this because the authorities intervene to remove them from the internet.
The record shows that a Chinese domain registrar was used to purchase this domain name. We can also see that the owner has chosen to use a privacy service rather than reveal their real name and address. These two factors can often indicate a scam pharmacy in our experience.
Web Platform
While the domain name record suggests that this business has been operating online since 2003, we had our suspicions that this wasn’t actually the case.
A check with the Wayback Machine Internet Archive shows that this store design has been used since 2010, with a different site design used between 2003 and 2006 but nothing prior to that. There may not have been a site online using this domain name between 2006 and 2010. Their pharmacy site which was online between 2003 and 2006 also used the domain name PharmaExpressRx.com.
A check on that domain name shows that it is still used with a different site design but it is clearly owned by the same business. They are using much of the same text found on MedExpressRx and have some of the same features.
Business Name and Address
We would expect a reputable business to be happy to give their customers, not only, their business name, but their operating address too. However, this company seems determined to hide these important details from all concerned. We wonder what their reason for this could be?
The only information they provide about their operating location is to say that they have been based in the US since 2003 and that they have other global offices.
Since we know that the owner of this store also owns PharmaExpressRx we can check for business details there. On that site, they claim to be a business called Logicon Ltd. using a PO box address in Seychelles.
The domain name database tells a different story for this domain, however. PharmaExpress uses the same domain Chinese domain registrar as MedExpress but an address is given for ownership in San Francisco, California.
There are a couple of problems with this Californian address though. Not only have they misspelled San Francisco, something which would be very unlikely to happen if they were really from there, but the house numbers don’t go as high as that on the street. The highest house number of 5th Avenue is 750 and 1,821 doesn’t exist.
It must be assumed that this San Francisco address and contact information are entirely fake. If the owner is willing to lie in the domain record it is difficult to believe the Seychelles address is real either.
Legal Approvals
This store provides no seals from regulatory associations or government bodies, so they seem to not be following any regulatory standards.
LegitScript has reviewed this site and drawn the conclusion that they are a rogue internet pharmacy. This is their lowest classification and shows that this store shouldn’t be trusted.
Medications on Sale
They offer generic pills with a focus on selling men’s health drugs.
They say that their products are dispatched from international pharmacies to reduce costs, but they don’t say where exactly these are. This could present a risk of fake or low-quality drugs being sold by this pharmacy.
Prescription Requirements
This site has a prescription policy page on their site. They claim to require a valid prescription to be sent to them within 15-days of an order being placed. This is the sort of thing you would expect from a reliable pharmacy which is following the rules, something which we haven’t found up to this point from this store.
They also say that if you don’t have a prescription that their panel of doctors will review your case and approve or reject your order. However, while this may appear to be a legitimate way to deal with prescription meds, it isn’t. Most of the pills sold by this store can’t be prescribed without visiting a doctor, just filling out a questionnaire won’t do.
We don’t believe that this doctor panel actually exists or that they hold their customers to providing a prescription.

This store has a valid security certificate and they accept payment by credit card or e-check.
Shipping costs $25 on orders below $100 and free above that. Delivery takes between 12 and 25 days to arrive.

The customer support options seem to be fairly good with live chat, a ticket system, toll-free numbers and an email address. If you actually have any complaints none of these methods of contact is worth anything, if they don’t get back to you in a timely fashion to solve your problem, however. So while the customer support may appear to be good we can’t know this for sure.

As we have shown, there are many issues with this online pharmacy store. They don’t have any regulation, there is a lack of transparency about ownership of the store and we have no clue where the pills are dispensed from.

Medexpressrx is the worst online Company I’ve dealt with. They take your money within a few days of ordering. They do not keep you informed, nor do they send you confirmation email. My order is now pending 45 days, and I’ve heard nothing, other than getting the run around when calling the Rep. Do not do business with this company!
